What is Magic?
Magic is energy manipulation using mental focus, attention, and awareness. This answer may sound so simple, and in many ways it is.
Hollywood has people believing that magic is when a person can do impossible and fantastic things, usually accompanied by light words, etheric whispers, and strange incantations.
This is not far from the truth. In fact, I believe magic is a long-lost form of science that has been erased from history to keep a select few individuals in power and control of how reality functions and the soul of mankind.
Thankfully, these people are long gone, and the knowledge is fast returning thanks to the internet and whatnot.
Today, I am going to be exploring how this is not only possible but an innate ability all human beings possess laying dormant, waiting to be awakened.
What I will be sharing with you today are techniques from ancient lineages of the Tamil Siddha and Egyptian Heka technology. Technology that can be verified using quantum theory, which confirms the woo-woo stuff is not only real but also works.
How Quantum Physics makes magic work
Ever heard of the double slit experiment? Essentially, this is an experiment whereby photos or similar material are being shot out from a photon or electron laser-type gun, a few meters in front of the gun, and a wall is inserted with two parallel slits etched into it so light can pass and impress a double slit on the far wall.
Here is where things start to get interesting. If a person lets observes the photon leaving the barrel travelling through the double slit, expecting to see particles of the photon, then they will indeed see particles floating through the double slit.
However, should this same person observe the same setup, expecting to see a wave instead of a particle, then they will indeed see waves going through the double slit.
Scientists find this quite remarkable, an experiment that shows a wave one second and a particle later, it was concluded that a persons observation i.e focus, attention and intention has a tremendous impact on the outcome of the experiment.
Mystics have known this for centuries. If you think about it, this is the basic operating principle behind the law of assumption and manifestation. What you focus on and assume will continue to appear in your life experience.
Magic is the same law of manifestation working off the charts because a person has learned to amplify the concentration of energy and focus in play.
How to Cultivate Magic Powers
The easiest and most efficient way to develop these abilities is through awareness cultivation exercises.
Mystics have always insisted on the idea that the universe and all that exists within it is mental. All is of the mind, there divinity itself is consciousness becoming aware of its own existence.
How does this tie up to magic? If all that exists is one being, i.e., consciousness, then consciousness is technically energy, and all forms of matter, solid, liquid, or gaseous, are all different frequencies of the same energy.
Using self-awareness cultivation exercises, one can raise the awareness of one’s individual consciousness to a point where it syncs with the consciousness of the all-mind, which literally sees things as energy without the distinction of states of matter, and with as much ease as shifting your attention from one object to another, a mystic can alter the chemical composition of a solid into a gas.
Like Jesus turning water into wine.
The human nervous system is designed in a way that allows a person, by default, to sense energetic and electrical sensations as nerves fire through their body, communicating with various systems in the body.
We can directly influence and manipulate these sensations or feelings as they surge through our body using specific mental faculties and disciplines such as breathwork, focus, and attention.
It is no secret that people are able to self-soothe and alter their moods with positive thinking, affirmations, and occasionally a pep talk. This indicates that mental activity can modify emotional states; this goes beyond mood management.
Using awareness, one can alter energy outside and around the nervous system. Try this visualization exercise right now.
- it down comfortably in a chair
- Place your hands on your thigh, facing upwards
- Inhale deeply and as you do so, imagine the air coming through your right palm, as if your nostrils are connected to your palms mentally. Exhale through your nostrils as if they are connected to your left palm, facing upward.
- Do this for 10 to 15 breath oscillations
You will notice a pulsating and buzzing sensation in your right palm with the inhale, and the same with a release on the left with the exhale. What is happening here is that you are using your focus to draw your attention and therefore feeling to your right hand and left on the inhale and exhale.
The feeling is not traveling to your palm biologically, as you should notice no buzz in your shoulders, elbows, or arms; it is a mind-to-palm sensation.
Try the same exercise, inhale with your attention on your feet, and exhale with your attention on your head. You will feel the subtle surge in your feet and a pulsating in your head, again, no biological connection as to how this sensation jumps from hands to feet to head.
The energy is simply flowing in whatever your mind, by virtue of focus, sends it.
Where attention goes, energy flows.
This mantra is the root of the alchemical practice that activates and circulates heka, prana, or chi in a way that more than just manifes you a free cup of coffee or a parking spot.
Heka is the activation of life force energy, which latches on to utterance, be it mental or otherwise. When a person devotes time to expand their awareness, they strengthen their ability to sense and manipulate this energy, not just within their nervous system but in others living and even lifeless things.
The first step is to quieten the mind, where a person learns that the thoughts that flow through their mind daily are not really all theirs; there is the influence of people and culture from their environment.
There is doubt and fear-based thinking from trauma and childhood programming, and there are also the voices of psychic intruders happening in real time. This is a problem because all thoughts, yours or otherwise, are always accompanied by an emotional charge.
Funny thoughts bring a feeling of humor to the forefront of the mind and nervous system, hurtful thoughts bring forth painful feelings, and with less pleasant memories. Quiet the mind and know which thoughts are yours and which are not.
The second step is to feel all emotions wholeheartedly. People tend to run away from hurt and embrace pleasure, but in this practice, we see both as the same energy with different polarity. Yes, hurt is painful; we feel it anyway, it is mental, and it will not damage our biology physically, and the same goes for pleasure as well.
Using intense emotional states as exposure therapy, we train the 6th sense to pick up energies within and outside our field of perception.
The best way is to meditate on the first 7 chakras for a while until psychic abilities begin to manifest, then we expand to the 114 eventually, as layers of our reality are being peeled away with every energy center mastered and transcended.
Ancient mystics use sacral chakra energy for this purpose because it is said to be the most potent form of energy with which life is birthed, and it is more tolerable than pain for long periods of time.
The goal is to reach orgasmic climax and then retain the feeling of ecstasy, sending it upwards to the crown of the head through all 5 chakras using breathing, focused attention, and muscle retention techniques. This causes the person to feel lightheaded and euphoric as opposed to the depleted and exhausted feeling one feels after orgasm.
This state of euphoria is the most potent self-awareness boost, you will over time, become attuned to your default emotional state, and should a person of polar opposite or even a slight variation from your state of being stand close by you, you will feel the shift.
The more you practice pleasure and pain retention within the nervous system, the more recilent and fine-tuned your 6th sense becomes.
With time, psychic phenomena or glitches begin to form, like the magic starts to leak through your being, and you will begin to manifest on automatic without the scripting, affirmations, or visualization.
Then it is a matter of what magic spell you wish to cast, never chase, think about it briefly, and know it will come to you. Depending on your level of awareness, you will receive steps on how to gain what you desire, often without lifting a finger, as a dream or thought eureka.
